County Arts Councils

County arts councils in each of Maryland's 23 counties and Baltimore City receive support from the Maryland State Arts Council through the Community Arts Development program. Funds are used by the county arts councils to support the operating expenses of the councils, to regrant to local arts organizations, to support various arts programs and to assist local arts groups with administration and planning.
