MSAC Individual Artist Awards Deadline - July 28, 2011

The Maryland State Arts Council (MSAC) Individual Artist Awards (IAA) are grants awarded to Maryland artists through an anonymous, competitive process to encourage and sustain their pursuit of artistic excellence.



This year's categories are limited to:

• Non-Classical Music Composition
• Non-Classical Music Solo Performance
• Playwriting
• Visual Arts: Crafts
• Visual Arts: Photography

The MSAC Individual Artist Awards Program is administered by the Mid Atlantic Arts Foundation (MAAF). All Individual Artist Award applicants must go to the MAAF web site and use CueRate, an electronic grant application that allows you to submit your application via the Internet. Attend a Workshop and/or Webinar to get up to speed on CueRate. Workshops/Webinars will provide training for individual artists in the utilization of CueRate and provide information for visual artists regarding the submission of digital images for the IAA application.
