About the Artist
Quinn Bedingfield fell in love with music at the early age of nine and four years later he began producing beats of all genres and in particular, Hip Hop. He started creating beats for other Artists and has served scores of Artists by creating beats they enjoy. In 2020, when the Pandemic hit, Aurah, an "Old School" Hip Hop Artist was born. Aurah writes his own music and is very passionate about creating the appropriate beats. He channels his ADHD into his music and, like many musicians, is a perfectionist. Aurah’s music is inspired by mental health because he believes that people don’t usually talk about mental health openly. His music is open, and the lyrics come from his soul. His ultimate goal is to create a dedicated fan base who would be touched by his creativity in music. Some of Aurah’s favorite Hip Hop Artists are Nas, Jay-Z, J. Cole, and Kendrick Lamar among others. Although Aurah began audio engineering at thirteen years old, he most recently began a position as an audio engineer in 2022. As an Old School Hip-Hop Artist, Aurah has released fifteen (15) – and counting - songs in 2022 and 2023, all self-produced. He will be dropping his new album, “Cog’s in a Machine”, in August 2023. With his dedication to his passion for music, Aurah graduated from High School early specifically so that he can free up time to focus on his music career. Aurah cherishes his two siblings and his parents immensely. As a matter of fact, his mother is his driving force and inspiration. A turning point in Aurah’s life is when his mother battled with and beat cancer. He is consistently inspired by her determination and passion for life. Among other hobbies, Aurah loves Taekwondo and in 2019, he snagged the AAU National Championship in Florida. He adopts a jovial personality and believes that he can always bring a smile to the table.
