The short story can encompass a moment or a lifetime or both at once, often with a compression as evocative as poetry. My artistic interests are the precise use of language, the exploration of character and event, and the challenges of narrative form. What can be expressed most precisely, or better still, implied in the delight of leaping onward?Featured Work
