About the Artist
Jonna McKone is a photographer, time-based artist, filmmaker and journalist. She is a graduate of Bowdoin College and holds an MFA in experimental and documentary arts from Duke University.
My research-focused art practice examines concepts of distance - geographic, economic and temporal - approached through ethnography, archival research, walking, installation, photography and nonfiction filmmaking.
