About the Artist
Born in Miami Florida in 1974. At a young age she moved with her family to Ecuador, South America, where she lived for a decade. Upon her return to the United States her love for painting, sculpting and illustration guided her educational pursuits. She attended the Ringling College of Art and Design in Sarasota Florida, where she earned her Bachelors of Fine Arts with a major in Illustration. In 2003 her husband’s military career brought her to Maryland where she now lives with her Husband and their two children. Her career as a published illustrator of children’s art inspired the desire to also write. Future endeavours will include publishing her own children's books and making giclee prints of her work available for purchase.
