Glen Echo Park Partnership for Arts and Culture

The Glen Echo Park Partnership for Arts and Culture presents vibrant artistic, cultural, and educational offerings at Glen Echo Park and promotes the Park as a unique destination for our region's diverse population. We inspire creativity and offer shared artistic experiences in a welcoming historic and natural setting within a National Park.

About this Organization

Glen Echo Park typically attracts approximately 350,000 visitors annually from Maryland and throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan area. The Glen Echo Park Partnership collaborates with over 50 resident and nonresident partners and more than 100 individual instructors to sponsor art classes, exhibitions, social dances, concerts, festivals, and special events. We also preserve and maintain the Park's historic facilities, including the Spanish Ballroom and the Dentzel carousel. The carousel received MSAC's 2021 Heritage Award in the category of place and we are planning several virtual and in-person events and activities to celebrate the carousel's 100th anniversary in 2021.
