ARTvantage Grants
eGRANT is required for all ARTvantage applications and final reports.
The goals of the ARTvantage program are to:
- Foster and support the creativity of Maryland’s artists and arts organizations
- Engage with communities and explore ways to innovatively serve them
- Expand arts participation
Program Purposes - successful applications will effectively and persuasively address one or more of these purposes:
- Enable arts organizations and artists to expand and diversify their audiences
- Extend the arts to underserved populations - those whose opportunities to experience the arts are limited by geography, ethnicity, economics, or disability
- Emphasize the potential of the arts to help strengthen communities
The ARTvantage Program receives support from the National Endowment for the Arts' Challenge America Program.
