Individual Artist Awards

The Maryland State Arts Council (MSAC) Individual Artist Awards are grants awarded to Maryland artists through an anonymous, competitive process to encourage and sustain their pursuit of artistic excellence.

The MSAC Individual Artist Awards Program is administered by the Mid Atlantic Arts Foundation (MAAF). The next deadline is August 4, 2010 and the application will be open in eGRANT on June 4, 2010.

All Individual Artist Award applicants must use CueRate, an electronic grant application that allows you to submit your application via the Internet. The Maryland State Arts Council (MSAC) and Mid Atlantic Arts Foundation (MAAF) will offer CueRate/Digital Image workshops and webinars for prospective Individual Artist Award (IAA) applicants. Webinars provide an opportunity to attend training online, from your home or office.
