Chad is the Deputy Director at MSAC, where he oversees the Arts in Education and Maryland Traditions programs, and all communications activities, as well as directly administers the Special Request program. In addition, he directs agency data collection, including the development, preparation, and presentation of reports in response to programming and initiatives; and professional development activities for both constituents and staff. He has a PhD in folklore studies from Indiana University.
