Erica Rae Smith is the Founder and Artistic Director of Raediant Movement LLC. A Philadelphia native, she holds a BFA in Modern Dance from The University of the Arts. Her training spans traditional South African, Jamaican Dancehall, Caribbean Folk, Ballet, Modern, Jazz, Horton, and Umfundalai techniques. Erica has performed professionally with companies such as Mahogany Dance Theater, Tania Isaac Dance, Valerie Branch Dance Ensemble, and Lesole’s Dance Project.
Femininity and feminine performance is a double-edged sword, simultaneously beautiful and violent. Through art, I strives to create meditative and cathartic moments that honor sacred contradictions within the aesthetic and socio-political category of 'feminine'.

Vidushi Thejashwini Ramarao is the director of Padma Paadam School of Performing Arts Inc., Maryland. Hailing from Mysuru, Karnataka, she brings over 34 years of experience in Bharatanatyam as an artist, instructor, choreographer, and scriptwriter. She trained in the Mysuru style under Guru Smt. Pankaja Ramakrishnaih and further refined her skills in the Pandanalluru style under Dr. Kripa Phadke.
