Kristine DeNinno has a bachelor’s degree in studio art and graduate degree from the Corcoran College of Art and Design. She found her calling in art as a printmaker. She is a teaching artist in many of the local DC/MD community art centers and colleges.
Art student at the University of Maryland, focused on Abstract Expressionism, acrylic painting, ink painting, handprinting, woodcut prints, monoprint, illustration. Experience with lithography and educated in advanced drawing. Former eglish major with a notation from Jimenez-Poter writer's house in creative writing with a focus on poetry.
April C. House is an abstract encaustic and acrylic artist with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Communication Design from the Atlanta College of Art (now SCAD Atlanta.) A shy child, everything was fodder for her imagination. She spent time wandering the outdoors, making Barbie clothes with her grandmother’s fabric scraps and tape, creating fashion illustrations, and collaging with old wallpaper books and mail order catalogs. April is inspired by everyday color, composition, and her saved mementos of daily life.
