My name is Alena Kowalewski and I'm a UMBC graduate with a degree in Animation and a minor in Ancient Studies. As an artist, I am most passionate about telling stories through my work. Recently, I’ve been working on a retro style, choose your own adventure game
Melissa Martinez
Melissa Martinez is a Mexican born artist based in Mission, Texas. Martinez aims to create art that can influence and inspire people by taking her unique life experiences and using them to guide her work. Growing up on both sides of the border, Martinez gains a unique perspective of the dynamic between both cultures, and she wants to show people the kind of takeaways she's learned from her experiences.
Samantha L. White
Samantha White is a multimedia artist based in Westminster, Maryland. She will graduate from St. Mary’s College of Maryland in 2025 with a Bachelor’s degree in Art with a minor in Educational Studies. The themes of her art range from extremely personal to outwardly political; regardless, she almost always addresses the human body and what it means to be confined to a physical vessel in her work. In 2025, her series A Comprehensive Guide to the Female Body was shown in the Annual All Student Show at the Dwight Frederic Boyden Gallery.
Jimi Kinstle
Jimi Kinstle has been a staple in the Baltimore theatre community, having previously served as Artistic Director for both Baltimore Shakespeare Festival and Pumpkin Theatre, as well as performing in venues across the state. He is known for his chameleon-like ability to embody characters in plays, musicals, and improv comedy. His Dickens One-Man Christmas Carol allows him to present an outstanding range of English dialects as he plays both Charles Dickens and 18 Christmas Carol characters. Mr. Kinstle is also a respected teacher of acting, directing, and improvisation for students of all ages.
Billy Lyve
Whether it’s something he went through or someone else’s story, Billy spreads truth through his real life based lyricism.  In the early 80’s he grew up in a family of hip hop and a culture immersed with musicians/dancers. In 2008 he was invited to make his first club appearance when a studio engineer asked him if he wanted to do a showcase at one of Baltimore’s most respected venues at the time, Sonar. Real life rap and early 90’s raw real music. Ever since he was younger he wanted to express himself as a solo artist and creator of his own brand.
