Artist Bio

William H.Lockett,a retired Human Services professional,was born in Baltimore,Maryland.He studied art at the Maryland Institute College of Art where he earned a BFA Degree jn Art Teacher Education.He also completed post-graduate courses in graghic design and illuxtration.Primarily a fine artist,he has exhibited drawings,paintings and sculpture throughout the United States.He has also exhibited and been published ,as a result of many cartoon competitions,in various countries throughout Europe,Asia,South America,The Middle East and the internet.
