About the Artist
I am a singer/songwriter of all genres, with 50 originals and 6 song collections registerd recorded so far. I am writing for recording artists, media arts as wll as stage productions, and enjoy collaborating with different musicians. I have perfromed at Blues Alley twice, with other vocalists, different open mic venues in Art districts such as D.C., VA., and Annapolis, and currently interested in studying and certifying in audio engineering/music production, to produce and develop my own record label.
I was a staff member in the mid 90's, of the Howard Theater Preservation Project..., working on preserving the history of the theater, to help educate the younger population of the D.C. community. I moved to the Maryland location, and no longer a board. The Howard Theater has been preserved through an organization called The Howard Theater Restoration project, now offereing different musical acts in the area.
I have sent song material to Detroit, Nashville, and L.A., met with a representative from Capital Records..., all of which gave positive feedback about my material, stating that I have hit-songwriting abilities. I continue to write new songs, perfrom at different venues, recently entered material in the John Lennon Song Writing Competition..., and planning to market country songs in Nashville, TN. this summer.
