About the Artist
Alexandra DeArmon was born and grew up in Frederick, Maryland and graduated from UMD College Park. She currently divides her time between Maryland and Alaska, after having spent more than a decade traveling and living all over the United States. Alexandra has been a contributing columnist to her hometown paper, the Frederick News-Post, since 2013 and is working on a book about her travels.
