About the Artist

I have no formal jewelry making experience. Everything I know, I have gotten from YouTube, books and my brain. I started making jewelry, two years ago by marrying various pieces of broken jewelry to chains and findings. I took a left turn and began to work on Copper. I credit my younger brother with steering me toward the magic of Copper. I have learned to make patinas from Salt, Vinegar, liquid Ammonia Borax, Red wine Vinegar.. I've even used potatoe chips to get a patina on the copper. To the untrained eye, my studio would appear to be chaos. I call it organized chaos.
