After finding queer spaces, all my creations reflected my appreciation for my new, unrestricted life. This new perspective resulted in exaggerating the textures, colors, and shapes of mundane objects. My multimedia pieces and varied materials are influenced by my value of sustainability, showing them a new sense of worth.
While I grow alongside my art, I encourage viewers to engage with the often-overlooked details of life. This is not only for the final works, but for my choice of materials. Saving objects from the dump gives them a second life and offers a new perspective, much like my own journey.
