Where I have difficulty connecting with others as an introvert, painting gives me an avenue to express myself and share my inward thoughts and feelings with others. Specifically, watercolor, with its transparency and fluidity, helps me communicate emotions and spirituality in my portraits and landscapes. A versatile painting process, ranging from expressive splatters to methodical strokes, allows me to address human experiences and share my journey of faith in Christ amidst varied emotions and the highs and lows of daily life.
