About the Artist
My name is Cormac Baroody and I am an artist based in Baltimore, MD. Drawing and painting have always been one of the most important rituals in my life. I have been drawing my whole life and currently maintain a steady studio practice of drawing and painting. I sculpt when I can. I was raised in Baltimore where in high school I developed a serious devotion to making art. I am currently an undergraduate student at Skidmore College. I am majoring in studio art and hope to spend my life making art.

Artist's Statement
My recent work have been explorations of identity, relationships, and narratives via drawing, painting, and lithography. I interested in how images can be a from of storytelling and documentation of memory.
