About the Artist

I am a mixed Media Artist that gravitates toward texture and movement. I enjoy working with modeling paste and oil/ soft pastel along with charcoal, acrylic & oil paint to create a unique flow either in short burst or thick long flowing strokes. The tools I use are mainly based on my mood at the time working on a piece, could be anything from a brush / trowel / paper towel, string or even fingers. I love to experiment by using different mediums. It is important for me to feel like I’m on a never-ending journey of discovery and paint people and places how I see and feel them and also to take the viewer with me.
