About the Artist
Debbie Lynn Zwiebach describes her work as “doodles turned into art.” Her unique artistic style evolved through a process of formal training coupled with artistic improvisation. An accomplished illustrator, her early work included a series depicting Baltimore landmarks and buildings. In more recent years she has worked in pen and color inks to create magical illustrations of nature, geometric, and architectural designs. Her colorful aquatic images are on permanent display at the Johns Hopkins-Bayview campus Pediatric Emergency Department. You can also find her and her work on display at her gallery, Zwiebach Creations, in the Highlandtown Arts District.
