About the Artist
While I don’t make my living as a photographer, photography is undoubtedly one of my driving passions and has played a significant role in a lifetime of experiences and adventures. My images are often the result of an intuitive process that allows me to capture candid shots of ordinary items and events in everyday life and document things that might otherwise go overlooked. I try to tell a story with my photos so that the audience sees not only a visually interesting photograph but one that elicits an intellectual or emotional response and stimulates thought about the situation portrayed in the image. I believe that a strong image is both interesting from a visual standpoint and meaningful from a humanistic standpoint.Artist's Statement
