Donna Rhody is an award-winning artist from the Annapolis area. Her works, in photography, colored pencil and watercolor, have been accepted at ArtScape in Baltimore; Maryland Federation of Art and the Whitehall Gallery, in Annapolis; and the River Gallery, in Galesville.
