I am an abstract painter. I see shape, form, and color in my mind. I translate these images using a variety of mediums. I love incorporating metal, in various forms into my work. The 3-d aspect created speaks to the image in my mind. I firmly believe in creating without fear of rejection. I paint and create my way with my vision.
I strongly believe that an artist must first paint for his/herself. Do not fear the opinions of others. It is fear that stifles your creativity. Dare to take your art down many, many paths. Understand and follow the dominance and contrasts between intensity, value, hue, form, line and texture.
