About the Artist
I am a freelance 2D illustrator and customer service associate with a marked interest in animals, folklore, and horror, though I will also illustrate other subjects! I am bilingual in Japanese and an avid reader of folklore/mythology/religion related books about Japan.
I am a lifelong artist, drawing since my childhood. I majored in Illustration and minored in Culture and Politics at the Maryland Institute College of Art. I have a passion for history, mythology, animals, and justice. I'd like to illustrate for products or in publications (including editorials). I am passionate about stationery and would be super excited to illustrating for any kind of stationery brand! I also love figuring out how to convey complex ideas via illustration.
