Artist's Statement
My photographs are intended to reveal the hidden visual world that surrounds us. Photography is a purely mechanical process, based on a light sensitive film or sensor. The image starts as a reflection from the real world. Through the process of interpreting the pattern captured by the camera, a new view of the world is created. I hope that viewing the final image changes the viewers perception.
