About the Artist

Hi! My name is Justin Gaylord and I am an Animation Major at UMBC. Initially, I aspired to be an author, but gradually veered towards making comics and, eventually, animation. I love creating silly stories that imbue a sense of fun and warmth. Whether through traditional or hand-drawn animation, pixel animation, computer graphics or stop motion, I want to try them all! Experimentation is something I strive for in my work, no matter the medium. Through this journey, I want to grow in my skills and truly make something I hope others will enjoy. Moving forward, I want to create work that stays true to me.
