About the Artist
K'aree Lymon is a local emerging Baltimorian Visual Artist. Born and raised in Baltimore City. His main mediums of choice are always either fabrics and paints or pencils and make-up! Ideally seeing the world between two lens begin Art and Fashion it's important that his works depict both elements developing a deeper meaning amongst self.Artist's Statement
The work he draws from reflects the beauty he's sees in Baltimore from the women in his life. Loving anything vintage yet bold K'aree discovered he loved to illustrate fashion forward portraits. Depicting young and old black women from styles of the past and some which are still here today. His drawings clarifies a story for women of freedom and empowerment.Featured Work
