About the Artist
Lindsay Callaway spent seven years soaking up the colors and energy of Oahu before moving back to Maryland in 2016. A lifelong creative, she discovered watercolor in 2023 and was instantly hooked by its vibrant, dynamic quality. It quickly became her favorite way to bring art to life.
For Lindsay, watercolor is a great way to relax. She loves the way the colors flow and appreciates the freedom of taking her supplies on the road—to the beach, on a plane, or anywhere inspiration strikes. Her work bursts with bright colors that capture the essence of her surroundings.
Art is in her blood—both her mom and Aunt Sali were incredibly talented artists, a legacy that inspires her every day. Lindsay holds a Fine Arts degree from the University of Maryland, College Park, and is open to commissions.
