The pandemic prompted me to look into our current civilization and people's deepest, heartfelt beliefs in life. This series is not about any sort of blasphemy but about how acutely an artist can visualize the sufferings and agonies that people experience in everyday life.
These works are a visual contemplation of a deeper well in which the human psyche dwells.

I used flying insects, such as houseflies and mosquitoes, to create the composition by affixing the insects to the surface of these acrylic paintings. This process each work required meticulous attention over a period of two years.Featured Work
