About the Artist
Art is everything in life. When I began my journey in my youth, I found myself drawing everything I saw. It was the landscapes that I saw in pictures or in the area around me, the animals and the people from day to day life. I drew the festiveness of the holidays and the characters from my television shows that became paper dolls since they were hard to afford.
As an adult, I didn't pick up my love of art until a few years ago when I started painting. Drawings became sketches on the canvas and the paint was another enhancing ingredient to the picture in my mind. Blending pigment colors and adding texture to a blank surface was something I started doing to create unique abstract creations. The crafty ruggedness brought a new perspective to my pieces through experimentation. It has now become one of my trademarks to my abstract art.
