About the Artist
Michael Leppert is an MFA-trained ceramic artist, studio manager, and events coordinator with over ten years of experience in the field. His work explores the balance between functional utility and sculptural inquiry, often drawing inspiration from the transformative journey of the material itself. A community-minded artist, Michael balances his personal practice with a commitment to community engagement through workshops and volunteer efforts. From his studio on the Eastern Shore to international exhibitions, Michael’s ceramics are guided by a single directive: to bring joy through the craft of clay.Featured Work
