About the Artist
I Have been working with clay for the last 25 years. My discipline allows me to create a multitude of work from sculptural to functional. I taught ceramics for 10 years at my university's student center, and at two Maryland art centers, Baltimore Clayworks and Maryland Hall for the creative arts. I have worked independently for the last 15 years, creating and selling my art from my home studio in Annapolis and at several art festivals across the region. My sculptural work, so far, has been allegorical and commission based. My functional work is precise and colorful incorporating landscape themes in the glazing.
