About the Artist

After studying photography and videography at both Towson University (Towson, MD.) and the prestigious New York Film Academy (New York, NY.), I spent over ten years working as the chief photographer of a nationwide dance, theater, and singing competition.  Throughout my many years with the company, I logged over 1000 hours photographing live performances as well as recording live video in addition to managing the company's social media presence, overseeing the printing of both photos and videos, and numerous other responsibilities. Currently, I am serving as President of the Harford County Photography Group and am working with members to provide new and continuiing training and learning for beginning, intermmediate, and even advanced photographers. In January 2019, we launched the Sandra Capezio Photography Learning Workshop.  Dedicated to the memory of local photographer and photography enthusiast Sandra Capezio, our classes aim to teach new and aspiring photographers the basics of photography.  The program is now in it's second year!
