This is a photograph of trees on a property that was about to be developed. The image was printed on double sided canvas, and then torn into long strips. The strips are draped along walls and protrude onto floors and ceilings. These disassembled photographs cannot be reconstructed, just as a forest that has been demolished cannot be recreated.
