Trice Whitley

About the Artist

Beatrice “Trice” Whitley is a vibrant gifted vocalist, producer, director, workshop speaker, and businesswoman. Trice hails from the State of Maryland, raised in Prince George's County.  As a vocalist, she has sung in concerts before multitudes of people throughout the Eastern Shores and nationwide.  With her powerful voice, Trice has captivated the souls of her listeners. She has directed, sung, and recorded with various gospel groups and choirs over the years. Anyone who knows her or comes in close contact with her experiences her sweet spirit of giving and charismatic down-to-earth personality that could lift the heaviest soul. As a songwriter, Trice has a creative passion to produce jingles and media theme songs for corporations with national air play/time. In 2004, she recorded and released her first CD entitled, “A Reflection of Him.” This CD is filled with music that continues to receive airplay in many markets throughout the country because of its diversity in musical styling.  In 2014, she released her single entitled, “You Are Worthy”, that received wave reviews from radio in the jazz market.  She is now in the midst of recording her next project entitled, “Just Because.”  Her focus for this project is to be a bridge for the breach by inspiring, encouraging, and motivating those who have been hurt by the church, society, and family through lyrics and melodies that will uplift their spirit-man while drawing them back to a place of wholeness. In 2009, Trice authored her first book, “Sexual Escapades B4 Music Ministry.” This book is so non-traditional in its approach to the reader that the reader literally will be consumed with the conversational and real-life sharing that Trice offers.  She adds an element of mentorship as she explains and breaks down terms like integrity, character, motivation, and determination while revealing her personal testimony of her music industry experience as an artist. In June 2010, Trice launched I-Am-Radio.com, a 24-hour Christian Internet Radio Station; the Seven- Time Nominee and Three-Time Stellar Awards Nominated Internet Radio Station of the Year is built with biblical cutting-edge spiritual principles to reach the world.  She successfully sponsored and hosted from 2011-2018 an iAMradio Empowerment Breakfast and Revue Lounge Artist Showcase during Stellar Awards weekend that honored her industry mates while highlighting new and aspiring artists.  Its multi-cultural programming format is to allow its listeners to experience the world through music, talk shows and biblical word-based messages that will educate, enhance and employ their minds as well as their spirits. Her desire for people to be holistic has caused her to become unwavering in her efforts to break down denominational barriers, spiritual curses, and self-indulgent walls that have kept people in bondage for far too long.
