As the art program of Howard County Chinese School, the Howard County Chinese Cultural Center (H4C) was established in 2017 to promote Chinese art and culture in Howard County. The Center showcases Howard County and Maryland artists and performers at major annual events as well as smaller performances held throughout the year.
H4C’s mission is to spread the Chinese culture in Howard County by supporting talented local artists as well as guest artists from around the world.
