HCST’s Mission is to produce reasonably priced, family-oriented, high quality musicals each summer in Howard County, Maryland. HCST will provide an opportunity to individuals regardless of gender, race, or religion, to gain experience and enjoyment in theatrical arts while also assisting assist local charitable organizations through financial donations with money from the proceeds of ticket sales.
