The Annapolis Blend is a diverse inclusive 25 member women's chorus, singing 4-part a capella harmony on songs that reflect decades of time. The group offers women of all ages opportunities for friendship while creating vocal harmonic sound. The educational component teaches a singer how to improve voice quality and blend one's voice with others. The group entertains audiences throughout the greater Annapolis area frequently performing at community centers, libraries, public festivals, and senior centers, pro bono, giving back to the community.
This chorus is a chapter of Sweet Adelines International, a non-profit music education organization. Its mission is to educate members in the artistic art form of barbershop harmony, giving opportunities for self-development and creative expression.
