Brad Bittner is the Fiscal Officer at MSAC, where he manages the agency's budgetary and administrative functions. With over 20 years of experience in finance and operations, Brad has a proven track record of driving success for small businesses. Before joining MSAC, he served as VP of Finance at a Columbia-based digital marketing company for nearly eight years. His earlier experience includes roles as Assistant Controller, Controller, and Director of Finance and Administration.
Brad's extensive business acumen equips him to enhance MSAC's operational efficiency and support its vision and mission effectively. Brad holds an MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with dual majors in Accounting and Finance from Coastal Carolina University. With a deep appreciation for the arts, Brad is thrilled to contribute to MSAC’s efforts to expand the accessibility and impact of the arts throughout Maryland
