Jerome C. Gray has been a licensed architect in Maryland and D.C. with 32 years of architectural project experience in educational, faith-based, institutional, medical and commercial projects. Mr. Gray served on the Baltimore Architecture Foundation (BAF) board for four years. During this time he has researched local architects, buildings and sites for the resource committee that is used for outreach events, publications and archiving. He served as the 2019 Doors Open Baltimore keynote speaker. He is an active member of National Organization of Minority Architects (Bmore NOMA). Since 2014, Mr. Gray has undertaken documenting the built environment in Baltimore through art exhibits and a daily social media feed that includes field sketches and brief histories of the city’s neighborhoods (https://www.instagram.com/jcgarch).
