Judy Kwon is a photo manager and professional organizer and is the owner of Moonbeam Organizing, LLC. She is currently serving on the Board of the Washington DC Metro Chapter of the National Association of Productivity & Organizing Professionals as Treasurer. She was previously a registrar with the Smithsonian Institution Traveling Exhibition Service and served as a panelist for MSAC Public Art Across Maryland grants. She moved to Maryland from Texas in September 2018 and resides in Caroline County. While in Texas, Judy worked in both the public art and museum space. She managed public art commission and collections management projects for the City of Austin's Art in Public Places program, was a registrar for The Bullock Texas State History Museum in Austin and associate registrar for the Menil Collection in Houston. She served on Aurora Picture Show’s Advisory Board and sat on grant review panels in the visual arts organizations category for the Cultural Arts Council of Houston/Harris County (now Houston Arts Alliance). Judy received her BFA in painting and BA in art/art history from Rice University in Houston.
