Tionne Blackwell is a versatile musician and dedicated educator based in Baltimore, Maryland. With extensive experience performing in university marching, concert, and jazz bands, as well as local ensembles, Tionne brings a wealth of performance expertise to every project. As a passionate teacher, he offers private lessons with a focus on technical mastery, musical expression, and building confident, skilled students. Tionne is committed to fostering creativity and excellence in music education, making a meaningful impact on Maryland’s arts community.
  
Winter Dance by Cam Millar
Winter Dance was composed by Cam Millar and commissioned by Candice Mowbray for performance by the Mowbray-Webber Duo. This video filmed and edited by David Shoemaker. The audio was tracked at Commodore Recording Studio in Thurmont, Maryland and mixed by the Mowbray-Webber Duo.

    Vincent E. Thomas (dancer/choreographer/teacher) received his MFA in Dance from Florida State University and a BME in Music from the University of South Carolina. He has danced with Dance Repertory Theatre (FSU), Randy James Dance Works (NY/NJ), EDGEWORKS Dance Theater (DC), and Liz Lerman Dance Exchange (MD).
