He’s been making art for a few decades amassing a body of work that is diverse and autobiographical. Each piece is part of a meta-narrative about love, sanctification, and the creative process; like puzzle pieces, they fit together and tell a story over time. We are Leigh Scott and Mark Cohen, a married couple who created Focal Pointers as a joint venture. We are avid outdoor adventurers who enjoy landscape and wildlife photography. Since meeting in 2012, we have taken photos in a wide variety of interesting locations around the world. Our Canon cameras and lenses are an essential part of our outdoor gear, just as important as sturdy boots and a pair of trekking poles. Our willingness to hike for considerable distances provides the opportunity for us to capture photos of places that most casual travelers would never see.
