I received my Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Corcoran School of the Arts & Design in Washington, DC and my MA in Art Education from Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) in Baltimore, MD. With a strong formal education and decades of experience, I endeavor to bring fresh ideas to support clients' needs as well as my own need to communicate visually.
Hilary is a landscape oil painter with a background in illustration and graphic design. She is the illustrator of the book Same Sun Here, published by Random House, and the founder and creative behind Green Comma Media. Schenker recently relocated to Takoma Park MD from Pittsburgh, where she is a juried member of Associated Artists of Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh Society of Artists, and Pittsburgh Society of Illustrators. Her work has been shown at galleries including Robert Morris Gallery, AAP Gallery, and Hill Center Gallery DC.
