Alan is a seasoned producer, director of Photography and sound designer.   After his departure from nearly ten years under contract with the United States Department of Defense’ Radio and Television Production Office (RTPO) in 2015, he founded Hi Pro Productions & Media, in Historic Ellicott City, Maryland and dedicated most of his work developing content for television as well as helping Non-Profits and Corporate clients with documentary-style video production.
