Emery Moore is a multimedia artist who was born in Maryland and grew up in the town of Berwyn Heights. He has earned dual degrees in Art and Environmental Studies from Saint Mary’s College of Maryland, and the art he creates shows his environmental interests. His work was included in the SMCM All-Student Exhibitions in 2022 and 2023, One of his pieces in the 2022 All-Student show won The SGA Cultural Relations Investigation and Actions Committee Most Cultural/Social Impact, and in the 2023 show a piece won The Student Government Association Award for Most Innovative Work.
I am a Maryland artist. I was raised in Dorchester county and now reside in Wicomico county. I love experimenting with all sorts of mediums and styles.
Katie Delaney (they/them) is a non-binary artist from Silver Spring, MD. Their work explores the relationships between surrealism and story telling through gendered materials and methods of making. Delaney received their BFA from Towson University in Sculpture ‘20 and is an MFA candidate at the University of Delaware. Their work has been selected in the NextFab 5.0 Juried Exhibition as well as the Delaplaine National Juried Exhibition 2019. They have exhibited solo at the John Fonda Gallery.
Chyna has been a competitive artist since the age of 5, and she was selling custom paintings to her community by the age of 10. Throughout high school, she continued to develop her skills through lessons from professional artist mentorship, and workshops; and even enrolled in a pre-college program at the prestigious Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA). At just 16 years old, Chyna taught herself digital design and quickly secured a job as a graphic designer at Damon Foreman's Music Academy, where she honed her craft and created her first professional advertisements.
Megan Koeppel is a textile and fiber artist originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She received her BFA from the Maryland Institute College of Art where she studied painting and curatorial practices. She uses her background in painting and textile to create contemporary quilts that explore natural dye and traditional quilting.
