Besufekad Tadesse is a musician and author. Originally from Fort Washington, MD, Besu has been a regular performer for several years, having performed in both local and community venues as well as large concert halls in Beijing, Shanghai, and Washington, DC. In 2022, he self-published his debut novel, "The Ghosts of Poplar Valley", a supernatural horror novella that highlights the atrocities of America's past as a cautionary tale to those in our present.

She has spent a lifetime of creativity as a writer, a clay artist, a photographer, and then suddenly something unthinkable happened. She turned 70. With no time to waste she threw herself into freeing her mind of the dust of everyday life.

Her play, The Gift, a brief history of everything we have ever known, received staged readings at A Contemporary Theater (ACT-Seattle), The Drama League (New York), and Cape May Stage (NJ).
