Joi N. Lowe has been an artist for over two decades, exhibiting her work throughout Maryland at venues such as Artworks@7th, Annmarie Sculpture Garden, and the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum. She is also a certified Montessori Guide and has worked in St. Mary's and Charles counties in Maryland, and in Washington, D.C. Her involvement in the arts community includes volunteering with the Unified Committee for Afro-American Contributions (UCAC) and the St. Mary's Arts Council.
